You must accept all the criteria before you may fill out an Scholarship Application

GED Scholarship Application
	I acknowledge that I am a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recipient who earned my GED by taking and passing my examination at an Arkansas test center.
	I acknowledge that I have NOT previously enrolled in any post-secondary institution AFTER the completion of my GED.
	I acknowledge that I have scored at least 600 or higher average on the GED subject tests OR scored at least an 83 on the COMPASS Reading, 80 in COMPASS Writing, and 50 in COMPASS Algebra OR 19 on the ACT Reading, 19 in ACT English and 21 in ACT Math.
	I acknowledge that the GED Scholarship will waive the cost of tuition and fees for a total of up to 60 attempted semester hours.
	I acknowledge that I must earn at least a 3.0 GPA each semester in all attempted course work, maintain enrollment across consecutive semesters (summer enrollment not required), and meet any other requirements to maintain the GED Scholarship from semester to semester.
	I acknowledge that there is NO probationary period for the GED Scholarship if I do not maintain the above standards required for renewal.
